Custom/Special RF Adapter/Connector Applications

Sometimes special applications call for special RF capabilities that are not only outside the box but outside anybody's established in-stock hardware.

If we can't, we summon our industry relationships and get it made by a top-grade hardware fabricator to meet your exact needs. Once we custom produce any RF Connectors or Adapters, they go into our standard stock, to anticipate and support your future needs.

Here are just some examples of how AAA RF Products successfully met a variety of the most demanding Special Application needs:
Connection Impossible- This RF customer is a U.S. government supplier who needed the impossible and needed it now: A multi-faced connector they could not find anywhere and could have taken at least 4 weeks to design and manufacture by any capable outside source. Our solution: Our engineers took 3 existing RF Connectors from stock and fabricated the unique connector assembly required by the customer, complete with a 3" cable. We did the job in 4 hours and shipped the finished part the same day. The "Impossible Connector" is now one of our stock items.
Pump Up the Volume- This RF customer wanted some SMC Male Connectors. He wanted them capable of handling 75 Ohms. The problem was he could not find them anywhere because nobody makes 75 Ohm Connectors; 50 Ohms are the industry ceiling. Our solution: Our Chief Engineer responded by fabricating a new Teflon coating in-house to create extra insulators capable of handling the required 75 Ohms. We made ten of the specialty parts and shipped them to our customer within their required timeframe.
Operation Kinetics- A government supplier needed some special cable assemblies for an application that called for multiple cables. The problem was that the cables carried more voltage than the standard RF Connector could handle. Our solution: We took 24 hours to upgrade the design of the existing N to make it into an HN Connector, then had it made for ASAP shipment by top-grade specialists in 4 weeks. We now carry it as a stock item.
